Fred Howard Park
Fred Howard park is a great place to go and enjoy the beach at no
charge. This park is beautiful, when you drive into the park it's all
wooded. Covered with Pine trees and nice places to have picnics. There
are many picnic areas to choose from and I think you can reserve a spot
if you want. As you drive through the park the road goes all the
way out to the island where you'll find some of the best beaches in
Florida.
This beach isn’t nearly as crowded as Clearwater, and the beaches are
made up of beautiful white sandy areas with palm trees. There are
bathrooms and showers available for beach goers. There are Palm
trees but not a lot of shade.
If you’re going to spend some time there bring an umbrella and sun
block. They’re are a lot of birds, you shouldn't feed them because
they’re aggressive and will take your food when your not looking.
