She book us for a gig in Tampa at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel early in 2008 for gig;
STINGAREE JAMBOREE NOVEMBER 6 - 9, 2008. We were booked for Saturday Night the 8th.
We talked about all the details, It was a party and they wanted Doo Wop and oldies, just what we do.
She expressed how happy she was to find someone in the area.
She found me on the internet, I have website that got her to me. Be careful with website customers.
We scheduled the event on our calendar and everything was great.

I call her to get the details on the time to show up and she informed me that she hire someone else.
She hired "The Del and Gary Show" Djs. They don't know about this breach of contract.

She said we didn't have a signed contract so tough luck.
She didn't have the decency to call us early and let us know she booked someone else.
We could have taken other bookings but buy the time we learned of the double cross it was too late.

I took her at her word and now I've paid the price for doing business with Laura Miller from Miami.
Yes I should have got a contract out and had her make a deposit for the gig but I trusted her.
You should learn from my mistake dealing with Laura Miller from Miami and be careful about the deal you make with her, get a contract and a deposit from Laura or she may double cross you too.

another band from New Port Richey area and the same thing happened to them!
Laura booked them and then told them they didn't have a contract, too bad!
